444c Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "444c," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the 444c platform, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the 444c website accessible at 444c.one, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, payment facilities, and support services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or otherwise.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 444c Platform associated with a unique username, mobile number, or email address.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a player subject to terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated under 444c's licensing obligations.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 444c with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede any prior representations, warranties, or understandings whether oral or written.

2.3 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, make a deposit, or use any service provided through the 444c Platform. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2.4 444c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record. The most current version of these Terms is available at all times on the 444c website.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any real-money service on the 444c Platform. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. 444c will conduct age verification during the KYC process and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdiction. You confirm that you are not resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling or sports betting is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.

3.3 Personal Capacity. You confirm that you are acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation. Using the Platform for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 444c.

3.4 Mental Capacity. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are of sound mind and are capable of making rational decisions regarding your participation in gambling activities. 3.5 Employees. Current employees, directors, agents, or contractors of 444c, or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors, are not permitted to hold a real-money player account or participate in any real-money activity on the Platform. Violation of this clause may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4.1 To access real-money games and betting at 444c, you must create a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and any other information required by the registration form.

4.2 One Account Rule. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active 444c account at any time. Multiple accounts per person, per household, or per shared device are strictly prohibited. If 444c identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts beyond the first registered account may be permanently closed and any balances, pending withdrawals, or active bonuses may be forfeited without compensation.

4.3 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information at the time of registration and to promptly update your account details if your information changes. 444c may request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4.4 KYC Verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, 444c will require you to complete identity verification by submitting copies of a valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and, where applicable, proof of address. KYC documents are processed securely and in accordance with the 444c Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights.

4.5 Account Currency. All 444c accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444c login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

5.2 You must not share your 444c account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 444c will never ask you for your password via chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 444c support immediately.

5.3 You agree to notify 444c's support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 444c will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

5.4 444c strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 444c shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

5.5 You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account, including all wagers placed and all withdrawals requested, unless and until you have reported a security compromise to 444c in writing and 444c has confirmed the suspension of your account in response.

6.1 444c accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC-20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for mobile wallet methods.

6.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account that belongs to you personally. You may not use payment methods registered to third parties. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and your account may be suspended.

6.3 444c does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. 444c has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment fees.

6.4 Deposited funds will be credited to your 444c PKR wallet upon confirmed receipt. In the event of a technical failure or banking delay, 444c will credit deposits once confirmation is received from the payment provider. Please allow up to 24 hours in cases of banking delay before contacting support.

6.5 444c operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Deposits that appear inconsistent with normal player activity, or that cannot be satisfactorily explained, may be subject to enhanced review and temporary holds.

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification. KYC is a one-time process and, once approved, does not need to be repeated for future withdrawals unless 444c requests updated documentation due to changes in account information or regulatory requirements.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.3 Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to payment method compatibility. 444c reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests to a new payment method.

7.4 Standard withdrawal processing time at 444c is within 24 hours of request submission, subject to KYC status and the operating hours of the relevant payment network. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically processed within 1–2 hours.

7.5 444c does not charge platform withdrawal fees. Any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 444c's control.

7.6 444c reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation. Players will be informed of any such hold and of the reason where legally permissible.

7.7 If a player requests a withdrawal of an amount that has not been sufficiently wagered (i.e., includes unwagered bonus funds), 444c will process the withdrawal of the real-money portion only, deducting any active bonus balance from the account in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

8.1 All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and promotional credits offered by 444c are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are disclosed at the point of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read and accept the specific bonus terms.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times on eligible game categories before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses) are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

8.3 444c reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or decline to credit a bonus to any player where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements, using bonus funds in game categories excluded from wagering, or collaborating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.

8.4 Bonuses and promotional credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering completion process.

8.5 Free spin winnings are typically capped at a maximum cash conversion amount stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Winnings in excess of the stated cap may be removed from your balance before withdrawal.

8.6 444c PSL and cricket-specific promotions run during the Pakistan Super League season and other major cricket fixtures. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page of the Platform at the time of the offer.

8.7 444c reserves the right to cancel or reclaim any bonus credited in error, including any winnings derived from that erroneous bonus credit.

9.1 All casino games available on the 444c Platform are operated by licensed third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and volatility characteristics. By playing any game on 444c, you agree to that game's individual rules as presented within the game interface.

9.2 Random Number Generation. All RNG-based casino games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. The RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are entirely random and not subject to manipulation by 444c or any third party.

9.3 Live Dealer Games. Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. 9.4 Malfunction and Technical Errors. 9.5 Published RTP. The theoretical return-to-player percentages for all games are published and accessible within the game information panel or on the game provider's official published documentation. 444c does not alter or suppress published RTP data.

10.1 Sports betting on the 444c Platform covers cricket (including PSL), football, UFC, kabaddi, tennis, basketball, and other sports as made available from time to time. All sports betting markets are provided in accordance with the rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform.

10.2 Settlement of Bets. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or competition concerned. In cases of dispute regarding official results, 444c may delay settlement pending confirmation from the official governing body.

10.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or the relevant market is suspended for any reason before settlement. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned). Void bets do not count toward wagering requirements.

10.4 Maximum Payout. A maximum payout limit per bet may apply depending on the sport, market, and event. The applicable maximum payout is displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. 444c reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion.

10.5 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting on cricket, PSL, and other sports is subject to the in-play rules published in the Sportsbook section. Due to the real-time nature of in-play betting, some markets may be temporarily suspended during critical moments. 444c shall not be liable for any loss arising from a market suspension during in-play betting.

10.6 Obvious Errors. If an event, market, or odds are published due to an obvious error (for example, clearly incorrect odds caused by a technical fault or human data entry error), 444c reserves the right to void bets placed on those markets without prior notice.

11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444c Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus terms, betting limits, or account restrictions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploited technical errors must be immediately reported and will be reversed.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including deliberate chip-dumping in poker or coordinated in-play betting to exploit live odds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the 444c Platform.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to disguise your true geographic location.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activities or third-party accounts not in your own name.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 444c staff or other players.

12.1 444c reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.

12.2 In cases of confirmed breach of these Terms, 444c may forfeit some or all of a player's balance, including real-money deposits, pending withdrawals, and active bonuses. Players will be notified of the specific grounds for forfeiture.

12.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their 444c account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Active bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.4 Accounts that have been self-excluded by the player may not be reopened before the expiry of the self-exclusion period. 444c will not process any account reinstatement requests during an active self-exclusion period regardless of the player's request.

14.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 444c.

14.3 The 444c brand name, logo, and associated marks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorised use of 444c's intellectual property in any form is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

15.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444c shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, server downtime, payment delays, or unauthorised account access.

15.2 444c's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of the deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15.3 444c does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 444c shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from technical failures, server errors, or internet connectivity issues outside its reasonable control.

15.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 444c's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16.1 444c collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

16.2 Personal data provided during registration, KYC verification, and Platform use is used for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance , fraud prevention, and marketing communications (where consent has been given).

16.3 444c will never sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities only where necessary for 444c to provide its services and comply with licensing obligations.

17.2 Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request to close your account in accordance with Section 12 above.

18.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 444c operates its international gaming licence.
